1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition;

  • Be returned in its original packaging;

  • Include all accessories, tags, manuals, and any other items received with the product;

  • Be suitable for resale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Request a Return

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

After reviewing your claim, Iiraya Belmont may, at its discretion:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost;

  • Issue a full refund;

  • Offer another appropriate solution.

For approved claims involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Iiraya Belmont will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or no longer want the product:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery;

  • The item must meet all return eligibility requirements described in this policy;

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds generally appear within 5 to 10 business days after processing.

6. International Shipping

Iiraya Belmont operates using an international dropshipping business model, with products shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, primarily located in China.

As a result:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country;

  • International returns may need to be shipped to the return address provided by our customer support team;

  • Customers must follow the return instructions provided before sending any product back.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return in accordance with this policy after receiving your order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for items that:

  • Show signs of use;

  • Have been damaged due to misuse or negligence;

  • Have been altered or modified after delivery;

  • Are returned without prior authorization;

  • Are missing their original packaging, accessories, or included items.
